On Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, Piano Bar Ltd. was rocked by a party organized by the AUBG Rock Jamming Club.
AUBG rock groups "RA's and the Misfit" and "Blondie and the Blacks" performed a number of famous songs such as "Starlight" by Muse, or "Can't Stop" by Red Hot Chili Peppers. The playlist also included other songs by Muse, Foo Fighters, Aerosmith and even Rihanna.
Despite the midterms, students came to Piano Bar ready to enjoy the party. First-year student Anna Bashuk said it was the first time she attended the RJC event. "I really liked the atmosphere of being on a rock concert and listening to live music," she said. "I think guys did a great job playing the songs they already knew and improvising at the same time. It's obvious they're passionate about what they're doing."
