Optimistic spirit, good causes, and a brighter future for Bulgaria - those are a few of the alternatives that the representatives from non-governmental organizations, involved in the Nonprofit-Palooza Pitch n' Dine, offered to AUBG students on Mar. 28.
The event, organized by JMC professor Diane Rubino, gathered a total of 14 NGOs. The representatives, who were mostly AUBG alumni, had five minutes each to share with the audience what their organization does and how AUBG students could get involved. The event, however, did not enjoy great interest from students as the NGOs present outnumbered the students in Aspire.
