Business Week Returns Once Again
Presenting five events in five consecutive days, starting from March 28 to April 1, the Business Week Vol.2 will display a week full of various endeavors. Under the motto “Free Fuel for Your Ideamobile”, it promises to deliver engaging and useful content to the AUBG students.
Traditionally, the time has come for the second Business Week this year at AUBG. Organized by the AUBG Business club, the event will consist of five initiatives during which a portfolio of different activities will be promoted.
Yoanna Hristova, a fourth-year student and the Head of Lectures of the AUBG Business club, said, “Once again we want to organize a mind-blowing event which is going to engage the students, allow them to acquire skills necessary for their career and provide them with practical knowledge essential for future success in the highly competitive business environment.”
The events to take place include guest lectures, a workshop and a field trip. The guest lectures feature speakers will be Georgi Kadrev, CEO of Imagga, Maksim Behar, CEO and President of International Communications Consultancy Organization (ICCO), and Plamen Kanev, the National Key Accounts Manager of Coca-Cola.
“The different things this semester compared to the last Business Week, are the two workshops which are going to take place on Thursday and Friday, respectively,” Hristova said. The Team Dynamics workshop on Thursday will teach students what it takes to create a successful team, and how to give and receive effective feedback.
The last event, which is a tour to Kartala ski resort, will foster discussions and lectures on several different topics, including creating a business plan. These topics will be under the patronage of AUBG Business Department Professors and mentors Milena Nikolova, Andrey Gurov, and Veneta Andonova.
“I expect to learn something that would guide me professionally,” Dimitar Argirov, a second-year student said. “Also something that would help me develop my original conception,” he then added.
